PRECISION CLEANING SERVICES
Our cleaning service was created to protect the quality of our work.
After completing remodeling projects, we realized that the final step, the clean, needed to reflect the same level of care and attention to detail as the renovation itself. Fine finishes, custom cabinetry, natural stone, tile, and glass deserve thoughtful, knowledgeable handling.
So we built our own dedicated cleaning team.
We trained our crew to understand the materials we work with and to clean each space with precision and respect. Clients immediately noticed the difference and many began asking us to continue caring for their homes long after construction was complete.
What started as post-construction cleaning naturally grew into a residential cleaning service available to both remodeling clients, designers, builders, realtors, GCs, commercial buildings, and homeowners.

OUR PROCESS
No two homes are the same. Neither are our designs. We make the process simple.
At Seven Kitchen & Bath, we blend innovative design with practical solutions to create spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. Every project is unique, reflecting your style, needs, and lifestyle; so you end up with a space that’s truly yours.
We understand every project is different. Timelines vary depending on scope and selected materials, but after all materials have been selected and approved, most full remodeling Kitchen and Baths projects are completed in about six to eight weeks.
PHASE 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION & DESIGN
Our clients come first. Our discovery phase includes an in-depth consultation to understand your goals, vision, and style preferences for the space. Based on our discussion, we'll then create initial design concepts, including the layout, recommendations, and mood boards to visualize your dream kitchen or bathroom. We’ll collaborate with you to establish a realistic budget and then present a comprehensive proposal for your approval.
PHASE 2
PRE-CONSTRUCTION & PLANNING
Once the proposal is approved, we'll finalize the design details and the schedule with expected completion dates. We'll order all materials, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring timely delivery to avoid delays.
PHASE 3
DEMOLITION & SITE PREPARATION
On-site work commences. During the demolition we’ll remove old fixtures, cabinets, appliances, and flooring, and dispose of them responsibly. We’ll prepare the space for new installations, including plumbing, electrical, and structural modifications as needed.
PHASE 4
STRUCTURAL WORK, FINISHES, & INSTALLATION
During the core construction phase we’ll make structural modifications including plumbing and electrical systems needed. We’ll lay down new flooring and tile work, and install new cabinets, countertops, and all necessary fixtures and appliances. We’ll also apply paint and finishes to walls and ceilings along any decorative element to complete the design.
PHASE 5
PROJECT COMPLETION & CLIENT WALKTHROUGH
Before final reveal, we’ll provide a thorough cleaning and conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure everything meets our standards and your expectations. Once completed, we’ll walk you through the finished projec
